First Andes Silver holds three exploration licences covering approximately 454 km² within the highly prospective and mining-friendly Lachlan Orogenic Belt of New South Wales, Australia.

Carrington Project

  • Size & Location: 160 km² in southeastern New South Wales.
  • Geology: An iron-rich skarn system prospective for gold, silver, lead, and antimony (Au-Ag-Pb-Sb).
  • Highlights: Features the historic Carrington mine and Iron Duke prospect.
    • Historic rock chip samples up to 85 g/t Au, 6,037 g/t Ag, 24.8% Pb, and 16.8% Sb.
    • Aeromagnetic data outlines >10 km of prospective strike, indicating district-scale potential.

Stony Creek Project

  • Size & Location: 247 km² within the Lachlan Orogen.
  • Geology: Low-sulphidation epithermal vein system within Devonian volcanics
  • Highlights: Corridor hosts 7+ historic silver-gold mines and prospects.
    • Historic rock chip results up to18.4 g/t Au and 212 g/t Ag.
    • Gundillions Reef includes >2 km of historic underground workings, with grab samples up to 44 g/t Au.

Dartmoor Project

  • Size: 47 km² within the Lachlan Orogen.
  • Geology: VMS-style target with potential for Ag-Cu-Zn sulphide lenses.
  • Highlights: Historic production averaging ~980 g/t Ag and 12% Cu.
    • Largely untested by modern exploration methods
    • Planned application of EM geophysics and systematic geochemistry to define drill targets.

Exploration Program

  • Systematic soil and stream sediment geochemistry to define priority targets
